"It's always a good excuse to go to the garden centre, grab a coffee, and maybe add a new plant to my collection," she shares with a smile. Additionally, her background as a national competitive gymnast keeps her committed to maintaining her fitness and skills. And recently, she's taken up tennis, finding it a refreshing break from her studies.
Solving Client Scheduling Challenges:
One of the key challenges Hope helps clients scheduling appointments, solve is creating a flexible care schedule that accommodates their personal lives. Balancing chiropractic care with work, family, and other commitments can be challenging, but Hope and the team work closely with clients to find solutions that work for them.
Passion for Chiropractic:
Hope has been in her role for three months now, and the reason she loves it so much is deeply personal. She's currently in her second-to-final year of her master's program in chiropractic, which means she's on her journey to becoming a chiropractor herself. This role provides her with invaluable insights into how a successful clinic operates and allows her to witness firsthand the transformational journeys of clients.
The Most Fulfilling Part:
For Hope, the most fulfilling part of her job is witnessing clients who come to them in pain or with limited mobility. "People come to us because they can no longer do the things they love", she explains. The joy comes in seeing these individuals on their journey to recovery, gradually regaining the ability to pursue their passions and enjoy life to the fullest.

When asked about her vision of the customer experience, Hope emphasises the importance of personalisation. She believes that each client is unique, and understanding their interests and hobbies helps build personal relationships.
